Bourbon
A serious American whiskey shelf for neat pours, slow comparisons and bottles worth returning to.
The Belmont is being created as a room apart: part New Orleans jazz club, part early-1960s Manhattan sky bar, translated through the heat, polish and after-dark energy of Bangkok.
Not a theme bar. Not a nightclub. A house for people who appreciate ritual, conversation, deep records, proper glassware and the civilized pleasure of staying out later than planned.
The bar is built around things that reward attention rather than novelty: American whiskey with a story, a martini made with precision, and a cigar enjoyed without hurry.
The soundtrack moves through bop, soul jazz and standards—the kind of music that gives a room a pulse without taking the room away from you.
A serious American whiskey shelf for neat pours, slow comparisons and bottles worth returning to.
Cold, exact and unapologetically classic, with a short list of house variations rather than a book of distractions.
A tightly edited selection and a room designed for the unhurried ritual: light, settle in and let the evening develop.
Bop, soul jazz, standards and late-night sets. Sophisticated, alive and never merely background decoration.
A little New Orleans. A little Manhattan. Entirely Bangkok.
The Belmont is envisioned as an intimate bar with a private-club sensibility: limited seats, recognizable faces, member privileges, discreet service and a calendar of tastings, cigar evenings, guest bartenders and live jazz. Membership structure, location and opening dates will be announced as the club takes shape.
We are developing the house, the bottle list, the humidor and the first season of programming.
